• Local Data: xRetail stores your shop data (products, sales, customers) locally on your device database. This information is not uploaded to our servers unless you explicitly use a cloud backup feature.
• Log Information: Like many other apps, we collect information that your browser or device sends whenever you use our service ("Log Data"). This includes device IP address, operating system, and crash reports.

2. Advertising

Our app uses Google AdMob for advertising. Google uses cookies and device identifiers to serve ads based on a user's prior visits to your app or other websites. You can opt-out of personalized advertising by visiting your Google Account settings.

3. Camera and Permissions

xRetail requests access to your camera solely for the purpose of scanning product barcodes. Images are processed in real-time on your device and are never stored or uploaded.

4. Data Safety

We do not share your shop management data with third parties. Your data remains on your device. We use industry-standard security measures to protect the integrity of the application.

5. Children's Information

xChanze does not knowingly collect any Personal Identifiable Information from children under the age of 13. If you think that your child provided this kind of information on our app, we encourage you to contact us immediately.
